PRESENTING... INUNION 2008!!!! YAY INUNION WAS YESTERDAY! Got lots of letters from seniors and sweets :P I love sweets. THANK YOU SENIORS! I feel special. Haha lols!Actually, I screwed up some pieces. For Danzon I was slightly less synchro with Mary and Yi Xian, but otherwise Danzon was fine. Mary said her first note was all bubbly. Hehe. Then next was Ye Banks. I think it wasn't so bad. I managed to crescendo at the correct part so that wasn't so horrible, either.Furusato. I MESSED UP MY FIVE NOTE SOLO! AHHH. :) I played it slightly horribly sounding, but I think it wasn't so noticeable. I also played it super fast so it sounded like, I dno... an off-time semiquaver (4), in a super slow song like Furusato. Recess Rock. GOOD. But Hui Jun didn't attend the session in the morning, so she didn't realize there were only two clarinets and played loudly for our accompaniment part. Never mind. It sounded good. :PAHH. During the speech. I was emptying saliva. Then accidentally blew this super high and LOUD note. So paiseh! I know I should have just stuck to emptying the valve. Oh yes thanks to Mr Ong and Mr Oura I managed to get the second valve out! Full of saliva EURGHH. Gross big time. Dawn of a New Day sounded good. It was nice. :)I don't want to talk about Overture. I think we messed it up. We did. The seniors were crying. My direct was crying. I feel so bad. I didn't even play a lot coz my throat felt like a dried up well. Could hardly even play high Bb. Never mind.Met my grand direct. :) She seems nice. Hazel
